Itinerary


Day 1   Arrive in Tehran

After breakfast, Golestan Palace, the former royal Qajar complex, and the oldest historic monument in Tehran will welcome you. In the afternoon, fly to Isfahan.

Day 2   Isfahan

On the second day, a full-day city tour of Isfahan is waiting for you. Isfahan is among the most beautiful cities in Iran. Naghsh-e-Jahan Square including Qeysarie gate, Sheikh Lotfollah Mosque, Ali Qapu palace, and Imam Mosque is the first destination. This historical masterpiece was constructed between 1598 and 1629. Afterward, you can visit Chehel Sotoun, a place where the ambassadors and dignitaries were welcomed by Shah Abbas II, Safavid King.

Day 3   Isfahan

On the second day of visiting Isfahan, Half the World, you can visit the Armenian Cathedral established in 1606 to celebrate Christmas with Armenians. Historically Armenia has belonged to Iran for up to 200 years ego. So there are many Orthodox Christians living in Iran, especially in Isfahan, Tehran, and Tabriz. Vank cathedral is the biggest church in Iran. Also, there is a big museum inside the cathedral that depicts Armenian history and their arts in Iran and some motifs from the Safavid dynasty (the period in that Vank cathedral was built). The rest of the day is at leisure.

Day 4 Yazd

In the morning and after breakfast drive to Yazd, the city of Wind Catchers. It will take 3:50 to reach Yazd. After launch and a short rest, you can visit the Fire Temple of Zoroastrian built in 1934. Yazd owns the largest population of Zoroastrians in Iran and is a city near the deserts. Dowlatabad Garden is also one of the greatest places in Yazd; a historic Persian garden built in 1747. It is famous for its highest wind tower in the Middle East.

Day 5   Kerman

In the morning you will drive to Kerman a city surrounded by deserts. En route, you can visit Mahan and the tomb of the greatest leader, Shah Nematollah, the founder of the order of Darvishes. Shazde Garden also is an interesting place, a heaven in the heart of the desert. You will certainly enjoy visiting it. Afterward, you can drive to Kerman to visit the Ganjalikhan Complex, a Safavid-era building, which is a symbol of desert architecture.

Day 6   Shiraz

In the morning and after breakfast, you will drive to Shiraz, the cultural capital of Iran. Shiraz is also called the city of lovers and flowers. After launch and a short rest at the hotel, you can visit the very beautiful Eram garden which is the full indicator of Persian Chahar-bagh. afterward, Hafeziyeh, the tomb of the biggest Persian mystic and sonneteer born in the 15th century will welcome you.

Day 7   Shiraz

In the morning, you can visit two ancient structures. The first one is Persepolis, the glory of the Persian Empire and the ceremonial capital of the Achaemenid Empire founded by Darius (486-522 B. C.). Necropolis or Naghsh-e-Rustam is the other site that belongs to both Achaemenid and Sassanid Periods. It has four large tombs cut into the cliffs.

Day 8   Shiraz-Kish

On the last day of staying in Shiraz, you can visit one of the most elegant architectural sites of Iran, the Zandiyah Complex containing the Arg (castle), Vakil Bath, Vakil Mosque, and Vakil Bazaar. After eating lunch in a famous traditional restaurant, you will fly to Kish.

Day 9   Kish

On the morning of the 10th day of this tour, you will visit Kish Island, a tourist resort located in the Persian Gulf. This city is known as the Persian Gulf pearl. Its Dolphin Park is really worth visiting. Kariz is an underground city, an incredible city that covers about 10,000 m2. It is constructed from an ancient underground aqueduct. There are also lots of shopping centers on this island with hot beaches.

Day 10   Kish

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the international airport of Kish to depart.
